I'd been using a DeWalt corded sander for a few years and between the two there isn't much ti compare, but this sander matches the rest of my Milwaukee tools which I like. It's very simple, the sanding pads are easy to attach and stay in place with no issues. I have larger hands so I have a fairly easy time holding onto this for extended periods of time, even though they can still cramp up. So long as Milwaukee keeps up their craftsmanship and awesome customer service I will be a life long customer of their products. By Andrew  So far so good. The Product is Highly Durable.                                       By Benjamin S. Chin I brought two 3" Milwaukee scraper blades through Amazon for my Sawzall for scraping off vinyl floor tiles. It scraped off the floor tile effortlessly. After a total of two and one half hours of use, both scrapers had broke at the blade attachment section, the narrowest cross section area. Because the scraper blade is thick, it is not quite flexible and hence, scraping with a little inadvertent bending over a period of time will accumulate stresses in the metal causing it to fracture. Using this scraper blade with the Sawzall to scrape off vinyl floor tile is probably not the ultimate solution. Perhaps, Milwaukee will develope a dedicated tool for such task. Get the small and large battery for different jobs. I am the Ms. Fixit for houshold repairs, and do a little cabinetry and finish work as well. Its my second one. The first one grew legs and walked away. More important, I had my first one for 3 yrs, built a deck, and fence with it. It never burned up, which I cant say about other brands at this price point. By CJ It's nice and light weight, The hammer drill function works surprisingly well for such a small tool. Combine it with a good masonry bit and it will get the job done. Drilled 10 holes into concrete and only used one bar off the 12 volt battery. Cross product recommendation
