These are excellent cells. I have never had a problem with them. Please follow safety instructions and do not use mixed lithium cells together. Google 'vent with flame' to find out why.

To D. annino who gave these cells a one star for receiving expired cells. The date code on these cells is in week/year format and is a MANUFACTURE date, not an expiration date. You most likely didn't receive expired cells.

If you've got an alarm system that uses this size battery, then you're probably shocked at the price in a retail store. Don't hesitate, buy these from Amazon. If you're slightly under the $25 free shipping throw in a small item you may need in the future. I just added my coffee filter that I replace every few months and viola, free shipping plus no sales tax. For the price of one battery at a retail store, I got all that I needed for my system. And if you're confused about the size CR123 vs CR123A, they are the same battery.

Not sure what happened in the past, but these batteries are more than adequate. I use them in my Arlo Wireless cameras by Netgear. They are every much as good as Energizer or the other brands and a whole lot more economical.

Other reviews attest to the longevity of these cells, I can't here as I have just rec'd them. However, a priority to myself is where these batteries are made (I hear a lot of complaining from folks about sending jobs overseas, I feel the same way). This is just to report that on the battery, it says it's made in the USA, and the price is certainly very fair. Enjoy.

This Arlo systems is great! The system itself, the cameras, the adjustable outdoor mounting should just come with the original packaging. It gets costly but I like the security and the true wireless use of it. The only thing is 2 screws into the soffit of the roof. I can easily access the cameras while home or away. Actually both my husband and I can from our own smartphones. We get alerts to outdoor movement so we place them carefully to not get unnecessary notices. Easy to sue the program, setup and monitoring. Batteries have lasted well except for one of the camera. These are truly waterproof, outdoor proof, heat proof and we will see how they work in the winter.

I had initially gave these a bad review over the date on the batteries but I guess I should have researched it a little better first. The date on the batteries is actually a manufacture date of the week and the year. Extremely fresh batteries perfect for long-term storage. These were manufactured just 2 months ago.

Great price and lasts a long time. I use these batteries for my wireless home security cameras. Before I bought my Arlo security cameras I read reviews where the batteries didn't last very long but I have replaced the original batteries with these and they last a long time. I am very happy with this product.

These work well and, as lithium, last a long time. I use them to replace my sensor batteries in my SimpliSafe Alarm system rather than buy them directly from SimpliSafe. It saves me a ton of cash to have these on hand. Of course, I purchased these on special during a lightening special so I lucked out!

So far, so good. These batteries are powering my Surefire G2 Nitrolon flashlight and seem to be working great.

Updated information:

It has been nearly a year since I bought these batteries. Based on their performance in my Surefire G2, I'd say they are basically equivalent to standard Surefire batteries. I have no complaints. Price is comparable.

These are great CR123 batteries. They store for a long time both on the shelf or in a flashlight. As an added bonus they're cheaper than many other brands.

I like the clear packaging so I can quickly tell if I'm running low on them. The package also snaps shut for easy re-sealing
