Just received the knife for my son who's a EMT. I tried to explain yesterday over the phone to him about the knife but, I wish I waited til today when I had it in my hand! He would have been a lot more excited!!! Just a beautiful piece of work. I know through the years of use it'll be all scratched and banged-up but, it's such high quality it just may save a life! I'm glad I bought it for my boy.

In spite of the fact that the other reviewer was kind enough to lay the knife next to dollar bill for reference, I still thought it would be bigger. That's what she said.
Otherwise it's a well made item made of robust appearing material that's functions as advertised, buy away you won't be disappointed.
Update: a few days after purchase I discovered that 1. The beautiful orange color will wear off
2. The seat belt cutter couldn't cut an over cooked egg noodle.

So far I am very impressed with the build quality, the spring assist, the weight and balance. As well as the cool color scheme.
This is a lot of knife for the price. It is sharp. But will it stay sharp? I don't know. That has yet to be determined. Of course sharpness depends on how you use it and how you sharpen it. But the blade appears to be of high quality steel.
Overall it was a good buy and is a keeper.

I like the sleek design on the knife, the ease of extracting the blade and closing it, usually these types of knives are hard to close the blade but this one is easy. The colors are vivid and this is a great knife to keep in the car as it has a separate knife to cut a stuck seat belt in the event of an accident and the seat belt locks.

Spring loaded is the only way to go. I want to replace the EMT emblem on it. Solid well made knife. Razor sharp out of the box, the only concern is the seat belt cutting blade is fairly close to hand/clothing contact if not careful. I highly recommend this based on quality and cost.

I would recommend this knife if you're looking for one at a great price and fairly heavy duty. Assisted opening makes it really easy to open and finger guard protects against accidently closing on a digit.

Solid and light frame and it seems pretty well built. The seat belt cutter and glass breaker are conveniently placed and the blade is a good size for an all around purpose knife. In general, its a decent knife to have in your car and/or for general purpose things like for hiking or around the house.

great knife for everyday carry, it is lite weight and easy to function and I have had no issue to date. There are more expensive options but this I think is a great value and cheap doesn't always reflect the quality especially in this case.
