Wow are these hunting knives amazing! Cut through almost anything like butter. My preferred knife set and they seem to never dull! The only problem I have come accross is the fact that they are on the smaller side and my husband who has larger hands can not get his finger through the hold. He says if they were larger they would be the only ones he uses.

I won't subject you to the gory details, but these knives perform exactly as they should and the handles do not get slippery when wet. They seem sturdy and well built and I expect to get many more years of use out of them. My only complaint would be that it is not easy to snap them secure once they are back in the sheath, however its not enough of a problem for me to downgrade from 5 stars. The sheath itself holds them securely enough that I don't bother snapping them in anyway.

Great quality knives for the price. Came to us super sharp. My husband really likes that both knives fit into the same sheath. Makes it incredibly easy to take up into the woods. Haven't got a chance to put them to the test in the field but we are eager to try them out this hunting season. We have had some trouble with skinning knives that have loose handles and have a bit of a give but that hasn't been an issue here at all. Very solid and would definitely buy again.

Really great knife set for the money. Between getting two knives and the nice scabbard this is a great value.
I don't think the knives are super sharp, but they are sharp enough.
As a bonus they look great, really nice.

Okay, I realize that at first glance the price will make you think these are really cheap knives. However, I figured I'd give them a shot as I would recommend you do as well. They seem to be very well built when you hold them in your hand. The grips are comfortable. And, the blades themselves came VERY sharp (including the gut hook itself). I haven't used them in the field yet, but I can tell you from the look, the feel, and the handling, they should hold up just fine. The one recommendation I would give is to invest in a pocket knife sharpener to take in the field with you. The knives are WELL worth the price, but the steel is a bit on the cheap side, and I'm expecting to have to sharpen them fairly often. So, I bought a pocket sharpener for $8 to take out in the field with me in case I need a quick sharpening. Overall, I would buy again and recommend them to others!

I purchased these to hopefully reduce time butchering my guinea hogs. Boy did it ever! It holds a sharp edge without needing to be resharpened and made skinning and butchering an easy job. These feel like solid well built knives and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

We got these to have when we go hunting, however we've not been hunting yet. We have been butchering rabbits this past week and these knives are amazing! They get the job done quick and easy. The design is flawless and they are sharp. VERY PLEASED!

This is a great game knife set. short, sturdy. looks good. The set is great. If you want ONE game/fish knife, then i would go with a Mortakiv. (link below). Either way, this is a necessary for your kit.
