This is a must have for anyone doing at least a moderate amount of plumbing water supplies in Copper. Much smaller than traditional cutters as the circular'swing" of it allows cutting as oposed to sawing tubing. Takes a few more turns than regular cutters but insignificant in the big picture. Good quality- made in USA. Would highly recommend. Watch out for cheapo look- alikes out there

I needed to cut a pair of copper pipes in my new vanity in order to install compression shut-off valves on them. I used this little guy to get that job done flawlessly. My only issue is that since I was working in a tight space, it was kind of annoying that it took so many turns to cut the caps off of these pipes. I followed the directions, making 2 full revolutions and then re-tightening the cutter. Cuts were very clean, no burrs. Be patient and follow the directions and hopefully you'll have great results too.

This thing is WAY smaller than I'd imagined. That is a GOOD thing! Not really sure what I was expecting, but it's super small size lets it fit in those really tight spots that other cutters can't get to. I'm replacing a bathtub faucet and the pipes are literally an inch apart. This cutter will adjust from a pipe that's only an 1/8 inch up to a 5/8 inch wide pipe. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

I needed to cut copper tubing for a mister installation. Cutting tubing is something I do once ever 25 years! I needed something cheap, small but dependable. This exceeded my expectations. Cut it faster and better than I remembered....last century!

It's just what I needed. Small enough to fit in tight spaces for easy maneuvering and simple operation. Worked like a charm, cut brass without caving the tubing. Highly recommend it for being so cheap, great for smaller sized tubing and I'd buy it again if I ever need another.

This is the smallest tubing cutter I have ever used - which works great when working in a tight space. Cuts as good as larger ones but takes up less space in your tool box, tote, or belt - leaving room for other tools. Solid built and fits easily in your hand for a fast cut. I have other "Ridgid" tools and have never been disappointed!

This is great little tubing cutter. Works perfectly for aluminum brake, and auto transmission cooler lines. Its made for very small tubing and for close in work. It is NOT made for cutting all the 1/2 copper tubing in a new house. This is a special purpose tool and it works perfectly. Made in the US by the Real Ridgid.

Worked very well for cutting 3/8'' brake line, barely left any burr. For the price, hey why not. You gotta love this line from the Product Page: "This product manufacture by United States" Wow! That line was clearly not WRITTEN "by United States." Anyway, good product.

It works exactly as it should. It is a small pipe cutter. It came in very handy this weekend when there was a pipe that needed capped in a very tight space. This was great because of how low profile the thumb/depth screw is.

I had to replace a compressor on an older commercial freezer. The tubing cutter worked great, and the project was completed in no time. Just remember to slowly tighten the cutter, and it cuts like a dream
