I've always used the hacksaw I inherited from my dad several years ago which had held up for 30+ years (maybe 40+), but I got all new tools as a wedding present. I guess simple tools don't change much even though they look more modern because this saw seems like it will hold up just as well as my old one. The welds are quality, the threads on the moving parts are solid and as long as you keep replacing the blade this saw should last years and years.

I had a wood gate that would not shut because the 2x4 had swollen up and was hitting on the 4x4 corner post. Finding out I did not have a saw that I could take out to the yard with me real quick, I pulled out my phone and ordered this one. It was on my doorstep in a few days pulled it out of the box and it was ready to go. Really light, really sharp, and really cheap. Meets my 3 quotas for a Hacksaw.

Amazing hacksaw especially for the price.
-Very thick and strong frame that can seriously take abuse. Handle may be plastic, but it is just as strong as the metal.
-No issues with discomfort especially after long periods of use. Handle is very grippy plastic, effective for when your hands are sweaty or greasy.
-The blade it comes with is extremely capable. I've sawed things from balsa wood to hardened steel with NO issues at all.
-Very versatile blade angling. I was cutting some bike frames and I needed the blade to be at a 90 degree angle. It could easily accommodate my needs.
In short: if you need a cheap hacksaw that can literally cut through anything and survive to tell the tale, just buy this!
Easy 5 stars from me.

This thing could probably cut through a canon if it needed to. The grip is comfortable, the blade is strong and it's got Stanley quality. It's surprising how often it comes in handy.
Bottom line: it's a good cheap hacksaw, buy it.

Great quality hacksaw for the price. Used to cut numerous products from wood, metal and to bones for the dogs. Handle is easy to grip and haven't needed to replace the blade yet. Would definitely recommend product for anyone looking for simple, reliable hacksaw.

Great saw! This hacksaw is built very well. The handle has a nice grip to it. The parts are made well and will not brake if you take care of it. This item came in fast and safe. I would buy another if I needed it. This saw even comes with one good blade. It will hold up to any workload. Good item!

Like a hot knife through butter. Looks nice too. Comfy handle. Yellow handle makes it easy to find in the closet.

This saw is amazing, I have gone to town on it. literally have used it for maybe at least 2 or three hours total over a course of like 5 projects, just actually as a tool for sanding. I have already been at the point of what I have imagined would destroy this thing: Hardwoods, awkward angles, excessive volume, and general impatience, but this thing still doesn't skip a beat. I love the Stanley hacksaw, and i the following week went on a bought the Stanley hacksaw. I have become someone who trusts the Stanley brand for cheap Chinese made, but US quality tools.!

I purchased this little saw a few weeks ago for random odds and ends chores around the house. I liked it and used it so much I bought one more to put with my camping gear. It doesn't take up much space, it cuts like a hot knife through butter and it is priced right to where anyone could afford it really. I have cut metal and wood with it and am nowhere near needing to change the saw blade on it. I challenge anyone to find a better hand saw for under ten dollars like this one here. Stanley makes a good product and this little saw is certainly no exception.

I purchased this hacksaw with very low expectations. When I received it, I was blown away by the build quality and performance! I used it to saw through some hard plastic and metal bolts underneath a boat's seat. This hacksaw sawed through both materials effortlessly. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and am confident that it will come in handy for future sawing jobs too!
