This is a great product. It is exactly as described by the seller in all ways. If you are in need of this item then feel comfortable with this purchase. I work on computers most days. I always need unusual tools to do the job properly. I have not found a problem needing a tool that this kit couldn't provide. The tools are not Craftsman quality, but it isn't like they are doing hard labor. I also love that the tools actually stay put in their designated slots and they don't all fall out when I open it. Very good item, I hope this review helps.

Surprisingly excellent.
High quality.
The only short coming I can see is that while the kit contains very small tools of quality,I think a slightly larger flat head and philips screw drivers would have bee appropriate..

I love the Kit for what I will be using it for (small home projects). But You need to replace the display picture of the product itself with a picture of the product in a proper display order, rather than the picture with the left side of the case in disarray. If it wasn't for the picture of the product in the outside display cover, I would never taken a chance on buying this product. You probably have lost alot of sales with this display picture.`

I'm in the I.T. field and do lots of simple mechanical work every day - installing and removing rack-mounted equipment, cutting and stripping and splicing wire, etc. and this is a GREAT field kit. I've added a few things like an Ethernet crimper and punch-down tool, a stubby screw driver for tight spaces, a small inspection mirror, etc. but this is my daily go-to kit that I keep in my laptop bag.

Some reviewers are complaining about the size of this thing, but I had no problem, even with my big hands. The peace of mind this thing gave me during my build was well worth the tiny amount of money the company is asking for.

The Syba 145-Piece Computer Tool Kit is a great. I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived on a Saturday via USPS Priority Mail. I was very surprised to see how bright the (black not red as pictured) flashlight beam was when I turned it on to look inside an HP LaserJet 4050T printer that was having a paper jam. The vacuum (black and not white) that is included looks nothing like the image shown and should have been a dark color to protect from ink stains from printers.
If you plan to use the vacuum and the flashlight at the same time like I do, you will need to have 2 additional AA batteries to power the other device as only 2 AA are included in the set. Keep in mind that the additional batteries will add weight to your kit. When both vacuum and flashlight are loaded with their batteries, it leaves an open slot in your kit for 2 AA batteries which you can use to keep additional backup batteries.

For some reason, the pliers won't stay in place anymore so I have to check to make sure it is in the case before packing up for the day.

The second locking clips finally broke off so now I am using Velcro/twist tie to keep it.

My PC is up and running so I guess this strap did it's intended job. I live in a carpeted apartment and used this with shoes on and my PC on my wooden dresser. No issues so far. Was worries it wouldn't fit my wrist but I had no issues with it's size.

Alligator teeth are strong and firmly grip grounding screws, PC cabinets, etc. but the velcro strap gets to be a bother. Can I recommend to manufacturer, please add a snap type quick release fitting to the end of the strap so once the Velcro is tuned in comfortable I don't have to wear it around the office or re-adjust it (like when I go to lunch) wearing down the velcro.

Need some tools for fixing a laptop-this tool set was exactly what I needed. When it comes to repairing a computer, this tool set will work just fine. I was really impressed with the screw driver set-has a good number of phillips and regular screw driver bits.

i bought this when i was working on some sensitive electronics. i was making sure that i didn't damage the part with any static electricity. i installed the new circuit board and the equipment is still working fine today.
