You know... I bought these as a bit of an impulse buy really. I only needed one specific size for a specific job, but I got the set for the heck of it. I'm surprised now how many times I go for the hex shank bits. I use them primarily with a Dremel Drill Driver (awesome little tool by the way) and I'm really really glad I bought them. Light duty only for my purposes. I'm not saying it can't handle heavy duty... just saying I haven't used them for more than light duty jobs.
Over a year later and my only problem with these is that I managed to lose one. My bad. None have broke. I use the 1/8" a lot, but only into plastic. However, it is glass reinforced nylon so I expected some dulling yet it is still fine. I'm not going to say these are the best quality bits in the world, but the convenience of the hex shank and the fact that they are more than pulling their weight... I stand by my original review and reinforce that its certainly worth the money.

There are lots of bits in this set for sure. I have used a couple of them and they did the job. Frankly, they look a bit flimsy, especially where the hex shank is concerned. Even so the bits have been OK so far and haven't snapped off or come loose from the shank.
I think these bits will give acceptable service in home use. Maybe not so much in heavy duty construction applications.
They come with a nice holder that keeps them organized and in on place. This is a good set of bits for the do it your self handyman or handywoman.

I was a bit skeptical when buying these, but they have turned out to be good bits for the price. I just needed something to slip quickly in and out of my drill for pilot hole drilling. Makes exchanging with a driver bit really fast. Haven’t had any problems with the bits coming out of the shank so far. Worth having in the tool box.

So if you are like me and a solid DIY home owner you probably run into issues all the time where the following takes place. You buy a decent set of drill bits when they are on sale at the store. Then you buy something that needs a specific size and of course ITS MISSING. Drill bits break/get lost all the time. That's why i ordered these drill bits. For the price, they are excellent and with the hex shank, they can work in many tools around the house. I bought a couple sets of these and spread them out to my different tool kits. They are extremely solid and offer sizes you would not find in a standard Dewalt style or Bosch style set. Highly suggest for a DIY>

I bought these because I have a hand held flex Dewalt battery screwdriver that will only accept bit type tools instead of regular drill bits. I wanted some bits easily accesible inside my house without having to borrow my shop ones. They seem nicely made. I definitely wouldn't be using these on any metal!!! They're not high speed metal drilling bits. They're for very basic stuff. Your around the house honey do kinda stuff.

I use these bits all the time. This kit has most of the smaller size bits in a easy to use rubber holder. I love the fact that the shanks are hexagonal. The drill can not only hold them easier but they also can be used in a quick change adapter so one can change from dill bit to screw driver in a jiffy. All of that for less than ten bucks.

My need is somewhat different than most folks. I'm not needing to drill through materials, but rather to ream out small wooden pipe stems. Length and consistency of of the flukes is more important than the force needed to drill through wood or thin metal.
For my needs, this set is a perfect fit - both for my Black & Decker power driver and the quality of the bits.

I usually only carry an impact driver with a hex attachment in my toolbox, so I bought these to use when I'm away from home. They've turned out better than expected. Last week I was attempting to drill four 5/8" holes through a solid steel frame beam on an old Ford truck, and my 5/8 bit wasn't making any headway. I decided to use one of these bits to drill a pilot hole, figuring that I might get a hole or two before breaking the first bit but I could always use another to finish. I was pleased to find that not only did the bit drill all four pilot holes without breaking but it's still in great shape for the next time around. Definitely worth what I paid for them.

I needed a second set of drill bits because my other set is starting to loose it's edge. I did not want to pay as much as last time so I found this 13 piece set. I figured they would last a few months but they have held up great. I drill through metal, wood and plastic. It can do it all. I would recommend this product for the price.

I have a couple of the Titanium Coated Hex Shank Drill Bit Sets that I keep at my drill press and in my toolbox. For everyday general purpose use they are perfect to have. They stay sharp and are not easily broken. Well worth it for the price.
Now I have drill bits that will drill through drill bits, military grade metal, armor plate etc... So I know how a good bit is supposed to perform. Around the house or garage this set is worth purchasing.
