This is the most professional kit you can buy.
Everything has a professional feel about it. The first thing I did, was use one of the supplied Allen wrench to make certain all four Allen screws were tight on both metal T handles.
I have used it at least ten times already.
Easy to use and here's how:
Step 1: Make certain you have at least 20psi of air in the tire because it will work easier and then locate the nail, screw or object and verify that it is leaking as shown in photo #1.
Step 2: Before removing the object put some of the provided lube on the tip of the spiral probe saw tool and set it aside so it is ready and you don't lose much air trying to lube it later as shown in photo #2. This tool is used to basically clean and widen the hole.
Step 3: Remove the screw or object and quickly insert the spiral saw into the hole pushing it all the way in and then pull and twist the saw in and out about 4 times without actually allowing the tool to come all the way out of the tire and then stop and leave it in the hole so that you won't loose much air while preparing the t handle inserting tool as show in photo #3
Step 4: Put one of the string plugs through the tip of the insert tool and pull half way through until both ends are equal distance away from the tip and pull both ends down towards the Handle. Then apply some lube to allow for a smooth and easy insertion as shown in photo #4.
Step 5: Push the string plug into the hole with the T- handle insertion tool until about 1/4" of the sting plug remaining and then pull the insertion tool out with one swift pull as shown in photo #5.
"The round metal part on the insertion tool is to use if your having a problem with the plug wanting to come out when you pull the tool out but I've never had to use that yet."
Step 6: Use Diaganal wire cutters, knife or a razor blade to trim off the remaining plug as close to the tire as possible as shown in photo #6 and #7.
Photo # 8 is a view of everything that comes in the kit. I love the case so I can keep everything organized.

This is by far the best type of auto plug kit available. Short of getting your tire patched from the inside this is the best you can do if you get a nail in your tire in a parking lot somewhere.
I've never had one of the beefy jerky like plugs leak. One word of caution is that the lube in the black container liquefies and will leak if left in a hot car. Put the container in a zip lock bag and lay the kit flat or you can just take it out (you don't really need to use it).
P.S. if you are going to repair the tire in a parking lot don't forget a pump of some type!

so far Ive used twice and it has already paid for itself.
anybody can easily and successfully patch a nail or screw hole with
this high Quality kit. the hole reamer is sized right and easy to use. The lubricant makes insertion quick and easy.
the round guard makes extraction and leaving plug behind in hole
effortless. I remove tire and pump it up to 40lbs. or more, which makes
the process easy. This is the right tool for the job.

Awesome product with a proper case to boot! I'll be plugging a hole that has been leaking because of an inferior product I used months ago. For added leak proofing...after inserting the plug...twist the handle 3 times...and pull handle out to create a mushroom effect on the inside of the tire.

This kit had everything I needed to successfully repair a punctured tire.
Inevitably, I seem to run over some type of nail or screw every few years, and I had never before had the guts to try to plug my own tire.
However, after watching a couple youtube videos, I ordered this kit and gave it a shot.
I was nervous about using a reamer to widen the hole, but realized that this is necessary in order for the plug to fit and seal properly.
The reamer and thread tools are simple, rugged, and the case keeps everything organized so that I don't have to worry about losing the plugs or the tools.
I have been driving on the plugged tire for almost a month now and the air pressure hasn't dropped 1psig. It is holding like a champ. I expect the plug will easily last the rest of the life of my tire.
Really the simplicity, the organized case, and the large number of plugs included had me sold from hello with this kit.

Nice quality case and all metal tools! Stay away from the plastic tools! This metal can withstand a hammer if needed for those more difficult applications. For the difference in price this set was a no brainer. It completely exceeded my expectations. I have repairs a few golf cart tires and one car tire. All worked perfectly and still rolling along with no problems. I really like the case since time passes between use and all stays fresh and organized. It's very easy to find in my garage instead of getting frustrated and buy a new pack every time you need to fix a flat because you are in a hurry and cannot find the product you purchased several months ago. This one is the way to go! Hopefully you do not need it often, but when you do this one will be ready and waiting. I rely heavily on honest reviews for my Amazon purchases. In an effort to pay it forward I often review items I find to be of exceptional quality and value.

This is a high quality set that would be found in a automotive garage. The price is excellent and there are 35 plugs with the set. The case is a bonus and it does close even though the picture does not show it. I am very happy with this purchase.

The tool kit is great - but apparently you need to be 200+ pounds to put a plug in a low profile tire. The lower profile the tire, the stiffer the mesh belt behind the tread of the tire. I am a small woman and I put my entire body weight into the tool to insert the plug after using the reamer. I only got it in after liberally applying the plug lubricant provided with the kit and basically jumping on the tool. I have to say, the tools themselves seem really well made. I did have trouble getting the plug onto the tool but I think I need to thread the lubricated plug like thread and a needle next time. All in all I bought it for the tools and the tools work well.

I like quality tools. I generally like to buy the best because I figure, if they last my whole life, then what's a few dollars? So with that being said, I was looking at tire repair kits, and of course ignoring the plastic ones. My choice came down to this kit and another higher priced one (super seal or something, I forget now). The reviews were pretty close, although the other one seemed to have the edge. But I figured, if the plastic ones work, then any metal one should be fine. I'm glad I did. Spending more than this would probably have been a waste. This kit worked great. I had to use all my strength to shove these things into my car tire, and they never felt as if they were going to break. Also, I didn't use the glue stuff and my plug isn't leaking.

This is a must have tool the price you pay for going to a tier shop this pais it self of and you save money the first time you use it you will only need a pair of nedle noes pliers and you are good pull the screw or nail out insert tier point file and then insert gomy worm and leaving a 1 inch pice stiking out you must make sure the gomy worm goes in like a u so you have 2 pice to cut off at the end
