I'm not a handy type of guy, but I wanted to cut a hole in my wall to run the cables from my TV. This saw works great. I had to be careful as it was extra sharp. The handle is sturdy and the blade did not bend or wobble while in use. This tool looks like it should last for years.

I purchased this for plaster and was worried it would not work. It goes through like butter. I drill a screw into lathe and hold it with a pair of pliers so it does not move and the saw does the rest!

Most importantly, it does the job. Feels like a quality tool, and the grip is just grippy enough and a little bit soft (less fatigue during use). It holds together with just the right flex for a drywall blade. For me, it's the perfect balance between quality and price. Highly recommended.

I ordered this milwaukee drywall saw over another saw available on amazon that was a few dollars cheaper. The few extra dollars are well worth it. The blades are insanely sharp, they cut through drywall like butter. Making holes with the end of the saw is also a breeze and makes it very easy to make consistent and uniform holes for drywall anchors. You can also tell this drywall saw is a quality product. It has a nice weight-in-the-hand and it very comfortable for all day use.

I learned to build houses when I was very young and I learned that having the right tool is a must. This drywall jab saw is simply on top of the list when you start this job. I like the big rubber molded grip and it fits comfortably in your hand and allows you to firmly grasp the saw while cutting. It also cushions your hand when you are jabbing or rocking the sharp tip of the saw into the drywall with the heal or palm of your hand. After doing this for a couple of hours you will be glad it is made to be comfortable.
The holes also let you slide the saw up and down along the sides of the hole you have cut to enlarge the hole or to smooth the rough edges around the hole. Since most of the holes you will be cutting are for electrical boxes, you want them to look nice as wall plates have to cover them.
The saw blade is 6 inches long and sharp. The blade is also thick enough that it does not bend excessively when jabbing it or starting it into the drywall. This is a great tool and a must have if you are going to be hanging drywall. I have a great multi-tool that cuts better than this but when working on a jobsite or even at home I don't have to look for a power cord and someplace to plug this saw into. It is fast, portable and easy to use!

Great tool works great would not trade it for anything else. Makes my job so easy to shape the holes in any shape I need very little effort required buy this Tool over any other tool on the market I had a Stanley Drywall saw and this one is much better I've only used those two brands and for me The Milwaukee Saw is much better

I purchased this saw in order to repair a hole in my bathroom. There was a jagged hole where there used to be a toilet paper holder. The drywall had crumbled around it and at the very least I needed to trim it back before attempting to patch it. With this drywall saw I was able to cut out the 6" by 5" damaged area in less than 5 minutes with very little effort. It glides through drywall like butter.
For the price it is an amazing value.

I'm installing a slave wireless router on the second floor of my house and I needed to also install an electrical outlet high on the wall to power it. This saw works perfectly -- easy to get a cut started and to follow the pattern I had drawn on the wall. A real time saver at a very reasonable price.

This is the best drywall saw I have ever used. It has a thick molded handle that is comfortable and controls the blade well. The blade goes through sheetrock like a hot knife through butter. I can't say the rasp like holes did any good but what the heck it sawed well and straight.

Any tool can cut easily through drywall. This thing is Godsent for plaster. So much easier to cut holes in plaster. Wish I had found this a long time ago. It's unbelievable on plaster. Lot of things are plaster friendly. This must have been designed for plaster. I know have confidence I can run Ethernet all over my house. It won't be torture to cut out a hole in plaster.
This one was cheaper than Klein version. Theirs was only for drywall.
