Even though this Milwaukee has the poorest gearing of the three right angle adapters that I own, because it has the smallest head, I include it in my take-along tool bag and leave the other two ( DeWalt and Titan, see photo comparison) at home. The angle isn't a true 90 like on the other two tools. The gear ratio is 1:1 unlike the Titan which is a 2:1 reduction.
For years, I carried an unbranded replica of this Milwaukee which I recently gave to a friend. I came to Amazon looking for a replacement. I purchased this tool which has "Milwaukee" molded into the head.
While shopping, I also bought the DeWalt which has a magnetic head like this Milwaukee, but the recess is much deeper and almost completely swallows 1" bits, requiring a screw or another bit to push through the DeWalt's eject access hole.
I also found the Titan, which has the smoothest gearing and a great locking handle. The Titan's spring-loaded collet locks the bits more securely than magnets, but protrudes from the head and gives the Milwaukee a 3/4" clearance advantage.
I have used this Milwaukee with a standard power screwdriver for drilling and driving. I also have used it with a Milwaukee hex impact driver. My guess is that under the same usage, this Milwaukee driver will fail before the other two because the gearing is rough and jerky in comparison. I hope it lasts for years like its predecessor.

We use this tool all the time installing stereos in cars. This tool is extremely versitile in getting into hard to reach or impossible situations. There are cheaper imitations on the market, but they do not hold up like this model, especially when used with a cordless screwdriver or drill. Add a set of hex shank drill bits to add to the versitility of this tool.

If you have an electric screwdriver, you gotta have one of these. Compact, rugged, smooth. Has a indexed handle that can mount in a variety of positions to offset the torque. Sooner or later you're going to have a use for this on a Sunday night, when all the stores are closed, so get one now, you wont regret it! Identical as one produced by AEG, now owned by Milwalkee.

I bought this to replace a cheap knock-off version of this tool, which I didn't even know existed before searching here on Amazon. This worked great with my cordless drill/driver for installing screws on the bottom side of deck railing. The adjustable thumb do-dad is essential for properly using this tool. It takes a little bit of practice, but it works great.
Keep in mind that this is not for high-torque jobs, although it can handle a pretty heavy load. As my grandfather always said, there is a right tool for every job.

This is a great little 1/4" drive offset attachment that I bought to use with my Dewalt DW920 cordless screwdriver. It has come in handy more times than I can count getting screws out of areas with very little room to work. It isn't a full 90° right angle, but is still capable of getting into some very tight spots. The adapter has a magnetic bit retainer that works exceptionally well with the short insert bits I use with it. The maximum torque rating for it is 100 In/lbs, which is slightly under my cordless screwdrivers 150 In/lb rating, but even so, I've used it quite hard and have never really come close to breaking it. The handle is removable and repositionable, but I often just leave it off and use the adapter without it. Back when I bought it, this adapter was the only one of it's type that I could find. There are several other similar adapters available now, but this Milwaukee offset is still one I would always want to have in my cordless screwdrivers storage case.

This is one of those things you don't realize you need until you have it. It works very well and comes in very handy. I'm glad it's in my toolbox. My Milwaukee drill is awesome but not petite and this gives me a lot more flexibility.

I do mechanical car work, remote starts, security systems, stereo systems, etc. I had one of these for 6 years i think, as soon as it broke one day i was screwed - of course found new ones on amazon, bought my replacement right away.

This little bit can make a huge difference when you need to tighten or loosen a screw in a very tight spot. Its made to be easily compatible with any drill and works like a charm, this little attachment saved me on a project - the price was great on Amazon and it shipped fast.

It's tiny and will get into the tight little places you have to get into from time to time and it works great in some simple tests. I haven't used it for the task I purchased it for and that may shed a different light after I do. However, Milwaukee is known for making top rate tools.

Nice chrome, solid construction, and smooth operation.
A good combination with the Milwaukee screwdriver.
I like the handle attachment, cause you need it in order to keep the head from spinning. Has magnetic bit holder, which is nice.
I can't find anything to not like about it.
