I love this flashlight. I have bought at least 3 of them for myself and as gifts for friends. It's extremely bright. Unlike so many super cheap LED flashlights that drip drain the batteries continuously, this one doesn't. When the flashlight is off, the batteries are not drained. So it can sit of the shelf for weeks (maybe even months) and still be bright and fresh. This is totally unlike my experience with the "el cheapo" chinese LED flashlights that are dead after a month or two whether you use them or not. Super bright. Great product. Well worth the cost.

this flashlight is really well built, love the options available, real simple to use, click once for light on, then just lightly hit the same button on the back without clicking and it takes you from Low, high to strobe and sos with each light tap. I have paid more for less options and i mean way more, will definitely recommend to others to buy, especially if you are on a budget.

By her husband: This is on-off, one brightness, plain vanilla. The front part slides in and out smoothly, making beam wide round down to a few feet diameter. This would be great under a house, in an attic, under a sink or vehicle. I saw a suggestion that one method of self defense at night might be a bright light.

Pleased with flashlight. I have not tested "water proof" feature integrity, the zoom works great (and easy one hand operation). It has no where near 1200 lumens (IMHO), but very bright vs a regular flashlight (e.g. halogen). Thus far reliable though the multifunction switch takes a little getting used to. Really appreciate the AAA battery option (also works with single battery typically used with tactical lights/lasers).

Wow, this is the best flashlight I have owned. I often come to bed well after my wife is asleep. I use a flashlight so I don't step on the cat. This thing is so bright that it's like I'm turning on the ceiling light. So, bad for this purpose, but it's sooo good for everything else. Love the ability to zoom from extemely wide, clear, beam to a focused point. Excellent.

This rascal is bright. If will sufficiently and temporarily blind someone if pointed in the eyes of an attacker. I've dropped it 4 times already and still works!

This is a very bright, very quality made and tough flashlight. I have gotten quite a few of these lately. And all of them have been very similar in that most are tough, stylish, and have a zoom feature, as well as brightness preference. This one is no different. The biggest difference with this light is that you get everything you need for a really super price. I have some flashlights in my possession that are not even as bright as this one,and perhaps have all the features, but they cost upwards of $30 or more. This Bluefire light gets it done for a very reasonable price, and, with what appears to be the same quality as the higher priced lights. Time will tell if this holds up for a decent amount of time. If it happens to fail in what I consider too soon a time, I will certainly be back to update this review. In the meantime, this light easily gets 5 stars from me for ruggedness, performance, and great price...Recommended..

This is a terrific little flashlight! My cousin is a police offer and he swears by them. He likes to use them for work, because they are so bright. I have reviewed a few other flashlights like this one. They are all pretty much the same quality. My cousin snags them every time I get a new one! I really need to find one for myself to use at home!
