Should have got one of these years ago . Lots of DIY jobs are very difficult or impossible without an impact wrench .
Just used this to remove the anode rod from my HWH . Made the job quick and easy as pie .
This is a fairly large and heavy tool but not hard to handle -but make sure it will fit your needs lengthwise ,because this is NOT a compact model for tight spaces .

This is a great tool for a car enthusiast for home use I believe. Bought it to get those tight bolts out and it works great. Worth the money over the procrastinating when you spent too much time trying to get a stuck bolt/nut out.

I've had a pneumatic impact gun for years. It's been okay but falls down when a tough job presents itself. I needed to replace the varitor weights in my scooter. I could not get the nut off with my impact gun or by jamming the starter gear and using a breaker bar. After looking through what Amazon stocked I went for the Porter-Cable based on past experiences with their tools.
It showed up yesterday. Got the side case off and put the tool to the nut. Second pull on the trigger spun the nut off.
I should have bought one years ago.

If you've struggled with the larger nuts on struts or similar applications, this jewel of tool makes all the troubles go away. I changed both front struts on my Camry in about 45 minutes with this impact wrench and the Stanley metric impact deep socket set. I wished I would have bought it many projects ago.

Got this a couple of weeks ago when I had some major work to be done on my Jeep, and is the best tool purchase I've ever made. Haven't found a bolt yet that slows this baby down . Definitely makes it easier and quicker than trying to use a breaker bar.

Works awesome. Plenty of Power. Nice not needing an air compressor to change my cars tires.

I bought this Porter-Cable Impact wrench after reading the good reviews for this product. I already have a cordless drill by Porter-Cable and I am happy with how well it works around the house in and outside. When it arrived I unpacked and took outside to my pick up and tested on my pick up lug nuts I loosen 2 and tighten them back. I was very surprise at how good and powerful this impact wrench is wow. Its great it took off the lug nuts in a second maybe 2 I was not timing but it was fast and easy. Screwing the lug nut and tightening them was just a fast not fast because I'm clumsy, lol. but is a great impact wrench, I have planed to rotate my pick up tires next month before the cold comes in, I know it will be quick and easy.

I was debating between an air ratchet or an electric and decided on this one. Plenty of power. Worked like a dream when I replaced the struts on my car. Worth every penny.
