I was sent these 18650 batteries to use in a 1000 lumen flashlight. I have been satisfied with Outlite from the moment I received them. Be sure to check out the pictures as they correspond to my review.
First off, the quality of shipping was awesome. The shipping/packaging materials provided secure shipping. The shipping was also very fast. Before I knew it, the package was on my doorstep.
Immediately after unboxing, I tested the voltage. One was 3.76 and the other was 3.75. This means the batteries come pre-charged.
What sold me on these batteries were fact that they have overcharge/discharge protection and priced well below other brands.
I operated the flashlight for a consecutive hour on its highest setting and the battery didn't begin to show signs of discharge. After the first hour, I immediately removed the battery and tested the temperature with a laser thermometer. To my surprise the battery wasn't even slightly hot. The max temperature was 72.5 degrees. The quality of these batteries are excellent and you don't have to worry about overheating or excessive heat buildup.
I also tested the voltage after the first hour and was at 3.52 volts. That's after 1 hour of nonstop operation of a 1000 lumen flashlight.
I continued to operate the flashlight for another 2 hours before deciding to recharge. At that point, the battery was showing some signs of discharge but still had plenty of juice. I could've gotten more use but didn't want to push the battery.
I have now used the battery for several full discharge/recharge cycles and shows no signs of failure.
The charger doesn't seem cheap and is very easy to use. It has a light for each battery compartment. The charger will display a red light while charging and will turn green once fully charged. Again, the batteries have overcharge protection so you don't have to worry about watching the charger and removing the batteries at a specific time.
If you're looking for dependable 18650 batteries that are protected, I highly recommend Outlite. You won't find another brand offering the same quality at this price.

I was worry when purchasing li-ion batteries on Amazon because there are so many negative reviews on listings of terrible quality control, charging issues, longevity, etc. These batteries work great! I've encountered no problems so far. Both of my batteries charge to 4.2 volts, hold their charge for a appropriate amount of time, and maintain a consistent output.

The 18650 juggernaut moves on. A more powerful battery than the venerable AAs but with a 3.7V output and 3600mAH charge capacity, this is the battery of the future for flashlights and lots of electronics, provided they are designed to hold this considerably larger battery. I love the fact that this is lithium and can be recharged over and over again, and no longer do we need those foot long and longer flashlights to get a good beam. This package includes two of these marvelous batteries and one charger that gives you green lights when the batteries are at capacity. I received these along with some flashlights to test and review, and I've decided that my old flashlights, along with their non-rechargeable batteries, have to go. I'm quite impressed with these batteries, and my days of buying AAs and AAAs by the dozens are gone. Well, at least for flashlights, that is, thanks to the new ones I have purchased that are designed for the larger 18650 ;-)

I purchased this system for two small battery powered fans I also got on Amazon. These batteries are powerful and recharge in about 2-3 hours. I also have an emergency flashlight that uses one 3.7v battery so I am able to use these batteries and charger for it too. Outlight seems to be a reputable company and the products arrived in perfect condition. I will soon order more of the high amp batteries they offer because they are very powerful. I was extremely satisfied when I received these batteries because they were exactly what I expected them to be. The batteries and the charger came in a box that was very attractive and safe. Shipping was incredibly fast, as it took only one day for the flashlights to arrive. I use these batteries in 900 lumen outlite flashlights and they work very well.

When you charge the batteries, there are lights on the charger that turn green if the batteries are charged, and are red if they are not charged. The charger also has a fairly long cord that you can fold up as well.

Awesome!!! I needed a few extra 18650 for a few flashlights I purchased so I picked this up.
Comes with two batteries and a charger that will charge both batteries at once or separate.
Batteries: Huge power with these 18650 and they last a long time. Makes my flashlights so much brighter than using regular batteries.
(note that if you use with most flashlights you will need the plastic tube case for the battery to fit secure)
Charger: Excellent: Charges in a decent time and lights up to show you when the batteries are charged or need charging. I can leave this plugged in over night and have no worries. I also have used it to charge one battery at a time and it will charge only one. US style plug.
Base bottom has felt pads so that it doesn't slide across or scratch up your table.
Overall conclusion: I own several Outlite brand items and they are all very high quality items. I would choose them over most unbranded or brand named products. Havent had any issues with this brand yet.
These are great batteries and will buy another set.

It is capable of charging one battery at a time and also charging two batteries of different charge states at the same time。I use them with my new LED Flashlight Torch that I also bought here on Amazon. These batteries make the light nice and bright and they last a long time.

Batteries and charger came quick and nicely wrapped up. They had some life in them but we're not fully charged. Charger has lights on it to tell you if the batteries need charging or of fully charged.

This charger does an excellent job of charging the 18650 batteries that I use with flashlights. It charges 2 batteries at a time. It takes a long time to charge 18650 batteries using this charger, but this true of most chargers for 18650 batteries. They take a long time to charge, but they also go a long time between charges.
First time I charged the batteries that came with this charger, it took about 9 hours before they were fully charged.
You may be able to find a much faster charger, but then you risk shortening the life of the battery. Unless the battery maker says a battery is designed to be fast charged, you're better off charging it slow.
If you put a battery in the charger before plugging it in, the green light for that battery goes on. When you put in the second battery, the green light for it goes on. When you plug the charger into an electric outlet, those green lights change to red and will stay red until the batteries are fully charged, at which time the red lights change to green.
You cannot over charge the batteries. When fully charged, charging stops.
No instructions come with the charger so I assumed it was necessary to charge 2 batteries at a time, since this was necessary with every AAA-D battery charger I have had. However, I tried to charge just one battery and it worked. I put one battery in the charger and both green lights lit up. I plugged in the charger and the light where the battery was turned red, the other stayed green. Hours later, the red light turned green, indicating the single battery had charged.

Excellent value. It is tough to tell which companies are stretching the truth about capacity these days, so I was happy to find that these do seem to live up to their claims. The first time I used them was in a high power head light and they ran for hours and hours (didn't actually run out, so I don't know how long they would have gone, but it was easily 6 hours on a 3000 lm flashlight).
