STANLEY STMT73795 Mixed Tool Set
This tool set offers a complete range of SAE and metric-sized sockets and drive tools, combining the most popular tools for easy accessibility. STANLEY drive tools are forged from high-quality steel and finished in high-polish chrome. The ratchet handles are ergonomically designed and have an easy-to-use, thumb-operated reverse-switch mechanism. Sockets and extensions remain locked onto the drive until disengaged with an easy-to-reach, low-profile quick-release button. STANLEY sockets feature our Max-Drive design, a unique radius corner design that provide increased torque to tighten fasteners easily and simplify the turning of rounded corners. Max-Drive helps reduce fastener wear by minimizing contact on the outer 5% of the fastener, helping to increase life expectancy. It also helps reduce slipping on frozen or rusted fasteners. All STANLEY ratchets, sockets and wrenches are manufactured globally to STANLEY specifications, meeting and often exceeding ANSI
The STANLEY STMT73795 210-piece mixed tool set features chrome vanadium forged body for torque, strength, and durability. The kit also offers a full polish chrome finish for anti-corrosion protection so that tools last long and wear well. All tools within this set meet or exceed all ANSI specifications for added safety. I know what your probably asking, "Should I pick the Crescent 170 piece tool set or the Stanley 210 Piece tool set? Well, I have both the Crescent and the Stanley set. In my opinion the Stanley tool set is a better product. The tools themselves are probably about the same, but I constantly have issues with tools falling out of the Crescent set...in particular the drill drives. Also, the Crescent set has these plastic tabs that lock the kit in place which I already had 1 break off and the Stanley case locks using a center locking twist mechanism that seems to be much stronger and really lock the case together. Overall I like the Stanley kit better. If I had the choice again I would have bought 2 Stanley kits instead of buying the Crescent kit.

While organizing our garage, I realized we had 3 tool kits with all sorts of mis-matched drill heads, screwdriver bits, etc. So I got online and grabbed this organized toolkit from Amazon. I sure wish I'd bought this about 10 years ago! It has almost all of the non-power tools that I need in one place (and the bits fit into our power tools too). I was able to get rid of our 2 large toolboxes, and an old ratchet set. When I have a home project, I just grab this kit, required power tools, and maybe a hammer, and I'm all set.

Usually I'm not a fan of Stanley tools. I don't really have a reason for thinking that, other than I've also owned Craftsman. I bought this set because it was on sale, and it seemed like it was very portable. I was going to use it to store in the family camper. This set it is top notch. Just like any other set, it has everything that you would need for general fix it. Where this kit stands out is the case. Extremely sturdy, plus it has a lock mechanism. Those 2 things make this kit stand out above the others.

I keep this in my Jeep as a set of basic tools for trail repair. I find myself using it any time I do anything with my Jeep. Has plenty of tools and everything I've needed. Only problem is the injected molded case - the tools on the left side (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.) tend to not "lock in" and fall out when closing the case.

I didn't do much research when buying this, just went by price and a quick overview of what it contained... I got lucky, as this turned out to be a better than expected set. I love the sockets made for your drill - I do have attachments to use sockets, but having them already ready for the drill is quicker and work better, no sockets falling off or getting stuck on bolts when reaching into hard to reach places. Then just overall contents... screw drivers, pliers, sockets, wrenches, knife... you name it, you can get nearly any project done with this set, or at least get by with whats in it. The only thing I added beside this to my camping tools, is a hammer.

After years of collecting cheap tools and tool sets which break quickly and get lost I figured it was about time to get a decent set and try to keep it together for once. After shopping around at Lowes and Walmart I found a couple of quality sets but found they either were somewhat small (lacking everything I needed) or very expensive ($200+). I checked Amazon and found this set that looked pretty comprehensive for $100 which seemed reasonably priced for everything included.
The tools in the set are well made and feel solid in you hand, not cheap / flimsy like the sets I've had in the past. The set consists of pretty much everything you would need for your average home handyman short of a hammer (which is one of the few decent tools I already had on hand). Many of the socket sizes are repeated multiple times in varying lengths which seems like a waste at first until you run into a job where you need a longer / shorter socket at which point you'll be quite happy to have them.
The case itself is pretty solid. The "Stanley" symbol on the front acts as a lock which you twist to open the case. I saw one review which indicated the lock fell out / didn't engage property but I haven't had that problem. Like all sets made like this I would expect the various sockets / tools to begin falling out of their positions over time but for right now they are holding up.
Planning on using this set for a long time (assuming the rest of my family actually puts it back together after using something).

Amazing deal. I love the box design and after looking at 6 options, I really liked the array of tools in this one the best. With the lifetime warranty (on parts, not the box, so treat the box well!) I'm set for life with an excellent tool set.

Such a TOOL (set)! I bought this product, along with a Stanley level and Stanley hammer, for my nephew's college graduation. Perfect gift. Arrived quickly, packaged well. This set as some heft to it. Would recommend. (I obviously won't be using these tools myself, but I have tons of Stanley tools in my kitchen and garage. They are made to last. The bright yellow makes them easy to find. Happy with Stanley product line.)

Just received the Stanley 210-Piece tool set and so far I am extremely pleased. The case feels very rugged and durable, the ratchet drives feel real tight and smooth (no play/wiggle in them like cheaper ratchets). This is a good tool set for keeping in your truck or for around the house because of the variety of tools.
