I've owned many a cordless drill, over the years; this is by far, the best! Lighter weight than the large ni-cad drills, this Milwaukee has a good grip and is well balanced. The main reason I bought the Milwaukee was for the ratchet chuck. I believe only Milwaukee has this.....have you ever had a drill bit just plop out of the chuck of your Porter or De Walt? I have! This chuck "ratchet-locks" the bit into place. The gear drive on this baby is like nothing I have seen before....exceptionally tight, even, and smooth. The charger has a light which switches from red (charging) to green, ready.....nice. While the battery stays in place on the drill, it's easy and effortless to remove.......even when my hands are wet and cold. A lot of thought went into the design of this unit. Two thumbs-up!!

Love it the battery lasts forever. It got a lot of power and not very big so it fits in a lot of tight spots

Great drill, lots of torque, battery lasts way longer than my old 19.2 volt craftsman. I do miss having he level bubble to make sure you drill straight into the wall instead of at an angle and theres no spot to put a spare bit. Other than that this drill is perfect. Carry case is decent I guess and charger and spare battery are nice. I like that you can check how much battery is left with the push of a button. Also the charger charges the battery like 10x faster than my old craftsman.
