Mine arrived in new condition as shown in photo #1.
It will break loose the 14mm caliper bolts as shown in photo #2.
It won't break loose the 17mm caliper bracket bolts as shown in photo #3.
I always break the caliper bracket bolts loose with my breaker bar first and then zip the bolts the rest of the way off with the electric impact driver,
It's shorter than a 1/2 impact gun so you can get into tighter spaces.
It's great for removing under car splash sheild and underhood engine cover.
Any 5mm - 14mm bolt I can reach with this gun.. That bolt is coming off fast.
it's super speedy, three times faster than my electric or air ratchet and twice as fast as my electric drill.

Hit the locker in San Francisco in about 22 hours. Its new as far as im concerned. In a day or two it'll look used cause I wear em out and buy a new one. Impacts drive drywall screws, lags 1/4 ,3/8,1/2 easily. Also drill 1" holes in studs for romex. Bettet than a drill driver. I use 3 a day with different bits. Grabing an impact easier than changing bits. My theory is Milwaukee markets in many ways to get a one tool in your hand. After that your sold. I have 15 of there battery tools , some doubles some in 12,18,even 24 volt. Today I bought sheetmetal shears nib at flea market. Wish they would do a batyery chop saw. Other make them!!#&% hint hint.

This is now my go to drill. I am really happy with the price I paid for this. I think milwuakee drills are great and I already had the batteries and charger so it was an easy decision. Great impact.

Have 2 2650 drivers and after 5 years +/- the switches both went bad. Looked at the cost of a switch as opposed to the cost of a new driver. This driver ( 2656 ) is less than $10 more than the cost of a switch and I don't have to take the 2650 driver apart to install the switch and I have a brand new driver.. No brainer to me. This new model (2656) is great. I was amazed the first time I used it because the speed and power are so much better that the previous model (2650 ). I'm going to be buying another one soon so I have two available to use at any one time . ( different bits ). Love this new model, well worth the money.

I've had this little beast for about 1 month and have used it to build a bridge over a small creek, build a picnic table and a few other things. And I LOVE it! My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner.

I bought this as a factory refurbished unit. It works great for intended use. I did break it trying to screw a large bolt into a tree where the bolt quit moving and I kept trying, maybe I burned something out. I took it to Milwaukee for warranty service. The repair guy was offended that I admitted abusing it so I am not sure what was actually broken as he would not tell me.
It has worked fine ever since and I have done a couple of week-long jobs with it. We drop it, throw it, slide it across the floor, use it in the rain and all is fine so far.
The small batteries that come with mine, not necessarily with this ad, are the 2 amp-hour batteries, and are reasonable since I have two batteries between drill and wrench and can keep swapping for a fresh charge, but I ended up buying the larger 4 amp-hr batteries from Homedepot, two for $129.
Go ahead and get the belt clip and the bit holder at the same time. Not sure why they do not come with it.

I have the M12 volt impact drill from Milwaukee and the M18 is a great addition to the set. It works perfectly with more than enough power to drive the longest screws and lag bolts. Much smoother and faster than my M12 too!

Some reviews say it looks used or came broken, and they very well might have. Mine came looking new and works perfect even with heavy use in construction.
