So being a very avid car enthusiast and hands-on guy, i recommend this set to everyone. My closest friend also picked up a set and it has made our lives so much easier and our repairs/work on cars so much quicker. the 1/2 impact is impressive to say the least. My friends wheel stud had skipped threads when his car was serviced at a shop for tires. i guess the installer didn't think too much and didn't hand thread the nut before running it down with the impact. so it was run down while skipping threads which ultimately made it seize. my friend took this 1/2 impact because the 3/8 was not able to remove the nut on this damaged stud because he thought maybe it was just a stuck nut, which ended up not being the story. Basically long story short, the 1/2 was strong enough to sheer the stud straight off. i mean replacing a stud isn't a hard thing but the situation was annoying but amazing as how powerful the 1/2 impact really was. the 3/8 impact is strong enough to remove and install wheel nuts and basically get most of all suspension bolts and nuts off. We have had a blast using these tools. i can't say enough praise about the 2 impacts that come in this kit.

i haven't used any of the power or speed settings when working on the cars on both impacts because again i didn't need to so i dont have much comments in regards to that but again, when i need something off, it's full power right? lol

the LED flashlight has been useful too. because it uses the 18v fuel batteries we can put it on the floor and just chuck the angle of the head to shine the light at a location needed. also i have other main led flashlights for main use when my batteries are not being used, this flashlight has deemed itself worthy in my tool box. all in all, this is a wonderful set and is definitely a must buy item. i will not say that you should spend ALL your money on quality tools as harbor freight has been my go to shop for emergency tools but all my MAIN tools i have spent good money because if a tool fails at the wrong time, it always equated more time on the car which in essence, time is money for me.

i usually don't write much reviews but this tool, everytime i use it just gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside which i hope will do for you as well. so go ahead stop reading the reviews and get a set. you will enjoy it for years to come!
